Everywhere a noble soul has been, there’s a trail of beautiful memories!
On All Souls’ Day, the air feels a bit heavy, but also thoughtful. People visit graveyards to honor and remember the souls who’ve passed away. This day, which has been around for centuries, is a time to connect with the people we’ve lost, think about life, and find comfort in the memories they left behind.
On All Souls’ Day, Catholic students, along with Rev.Brothers and Rev.Sisters, gathered at Eachinkadu to pray for the souls of the (late) Rev.Brothers of St.Gabriel. They also offered prayers and flowers at all the graves in the cemetery.
This event was very important to the spiritual life of the congregation. It was a way to remember, pray, and honor those who had dedicated their lives to serving God and the church.
All Souls’ Day is a gentle reminder of the Catholic faith’s teachings on life, death, and the hope of eternal life. May all the souls in Purgatory rest in peace!
